Potatoes

well, my potatoes have done very good. I know you're not supposed to dig them up yet, but I've gotten a few out of the ground already to cook for my family and they were great. I think I'm going to dig them all up early because they only have a thin layer of skin and this way I really don't have to do any peeling. I just wash them really good and cook.
